SF Fudgsicles?

Hey folks,

So I know we can do sugar free Popsicles on the liquid diet. What's the consensus on the sugar free Fudgsicle? It has 5g net carbs (versus SF Popsicles having 4g carbs).

Just curious. I did a little googling and found mixed replies.

Personally I didn't bother with these. I didn't want to have anything that even resembled some of the stuff I used to eat, lest it aid me in falling back into bad habits.

I didn't do them on the liquid diet, but I started eating them probably about a month post-surgery.

I think I was about a week out when I started eating SF Fudgsicle. they were my crack. haha in a good way. only had one once a day if even that. just a nice chocolate flavored treat.

Same I started eating them about a week after. I only had one or two a week though.

My team was fine with them or popsicles. They were a nice treat right after surgery and getting through the pre-op phase.
