3 more monthly weigh-ins!

Hi, I've lurked on this site a lot and I do need some positivity to push me through, 3 more monthly weigh-ins until they submit to insurance! I've done all the appointments, now just have to wait out the 3 long months.

Do any of you have any dieting tips? I'm a binge eater, but I've been in therapy since February 2011. I get mad urges at night as I'm a night owl. But I'm resisting. More and more I can feel myself more lighter than usual. I'd say that's a plus! I hope you all are having a wonderful day!

Trying to get back into that but Netflix...soooo...yeah lol. It's rough but now, the biggest motivator for me is when i try on clothes and am actually down a size. Omg what a high. I usually get back on track if I've been bad or stay on track and go harder. I highly recommend it if you're feeling down and need motivation. Or just try on old clothes to see if they are looser. If all else fails chug water lol. I used to do that and then go to sleep lol. Id have to pee something fierce when i woke up but i didn't eat lol.
