My favorite so far is chicken and refried beans. I made my family chicken tacos and I used 3 ozs of the chicken and 1oz of the beans and pureed it.

  • Thanks moving mountains i will have to try that one.

I love Turkey and cranberries at thanksgiving so I thought I'd try cooking chicken and adding some jellies cranberries as the moisture to puree.

I used a vitamix and puréed a can of tomatoes with a slice of seasoned tri-tip and a little broth to thin it out and added a little seasoning. You could also add some plain Greek yogurt for some extra nutrition.

A vitamix is a type of blender that blends so well that it actually heats the food up while you're blending it! IMG_8862.JPG
