I have used the CELEBRATE capsules since right after my RNY. I had my WLS on July 2, 2013. As soon as I could I started using them instead of the chewables. They were way to sweet for me!! I also take HAIR SKIN AND NAILS 2 times a week since my B12 is high I use to take it everyday until just recently. I take SELEINUM every day. It helps wirth immunity and hair loss. I also takre VIT D 6,000 mg a day. My bloodwork has always been just great. What does your Team say about which vitamins to take? Always always keep up on your vitamins. Sometimes it may take awhile for stuff to show up. I have seen people having problems later on. I would say to start taking the HAIR SKIN AND NAILS before your surgery. Not everyone has hair loss but the majority do. I did . Also try to find a good shampoo to help you not lose your hair. But above everything make sure your follow your Surgeon's guidelines. Good Luck

Awesome, thank you!!! I have a big packet from the doctor with lots of different brands to choose from. I was thinking about those supplements since I would not need to take additional B12 or VitD3 according to the doctor. Great to have some other input from those who have used it [emoji2]

Talk to your doc. They have their own views on it that would be best served by asking them.

Yes, I will definitely get more details when I go for my next appointment. They give you a large packet with tons of info as well as a list of options for vitamins and I was looking for those who may have had some experience. Thank you!
