  13. So awesome, Congrats!!!! When did you have surgery and when did you start training? Looks like you are killin it!!!
  14. Consult your Primary!!!! Anyone who doesn't support you does not need to be included. You will meet and find so many supportive people along the way. You chiropractor seems like a negative Nancy (also not a primary or surgeon) and trust me his two patients are not the thousands of people who are successful! Trust your intuition and find your happiness!!! The process will help you and you can get more info with even just a consult. Plus you will have so many psych and nutrition appts that they help and set you up to succeed!!!! Whatever you decided, I hope you find what it's the most comfortable for you. It's your life and you live it. Show haters the door, health and happiness first!!!! Good luck!!!
  15. Yes, I will definitely get more details when I go for my next appointment. They give you a large packet with tons of info as well as a list of options for vitamins and I was looking for those who may have had some experience. Thank you!
  16. Awesome, thank you!!! I have a big packet from the doctor with lots of different brands to choose from. I was thinking about those supplements since I would not need to take additional B12 or VitD3 according to the doctor. Great to have some other input from those who have used it [emoji2]
  17. Thinking about getting the Celebrate Multi Complete 36 and the Celebrate calcium plus 500 ....any have experience with this supplements ....does increasing the Iron Mg help or is it unnecessary? ....should I add in Biotin .... or is there any other suggestions Thanks guys!!!!
  18. Hi Everyone, I have my psych Eval and was wondering about how long the appointment lasted... my paperwork said 60-90 mins but I keep reading about 2 plus hours.... I took the morning off but now I am nervous ahhh thanks guys [emoji2]

  20. I was in the back row second on the right lol ... I am worried always that I am going to be missing something. They say the sleep study will call but idk if I believe it. How did that go for you? I am gonna stay on top of them now... good to know someone else in the same program/process!
  21. Hey!!! I just started my process and went for the appt with the nutritionist and heard about them leaving or whatever is going on. They held a class for ppl and said it would count for the insurance (I guess). I can imagine how frustrating it is so close to your end date! Let me know how it goes maybe I will see you around. I know Dr.Lutfi is awesome and his staff had been great. That just sucks. I'm here [emoji2]
