My surgery was 4/18/17, and I seem to not be eating or drinking enough. I was doing well with the liquid diet, but doctor said I could start eating purée/soft foods, but I don't feel satisfied at times, and I start to hurt after about 15 minutes into my meal, so I wait for the pain to subside to continue with my food & then I'm full. I am also having a hard time eating the 3 meals & 2 protein shakes, along with my water intake. I haven't journaled at all and am wondering if that could be part of my problem. I am just feeling well enough to start exercising & thought that would help too. Has anyone been in my situation so early on???
