Aggravated

I had my psych evaluation last September and just found out they never sent in the report to my dr so I can get my surgery. Tried calling and leaving messages 3 times this week since I found out. Don't know what to do. I guess I'm going to have to stop by but there is never anyone in the office

      I know it's an inconvenience but just go down there so you can get it squared away. I had the same problem but they eventually faxed it.
