My Fitness Pal

I was wondering if anyone uses my fitness pal? I had the gastric sleeve on Tuesday so I'm 4 days post op. I would like to have some people to follow so I can have good examples of what others are doing. I'm still on liquids now, but would like some support for the future.

Yup I am on there. BigTink1980 is my id.

I'm on there too. PrinnAnna is my ID. :)

Anyone here is by all means free to add me on MFP. I don't mind. I've about 95% consistent on doing the food and exercise logs daily. Weekends are usually when I slack off.

Hello Samantha---

Please feel free to add me on MyFitnessPal and/or I also have a Fitbit if your into tracking steps. My user name on both is raechaelanne.

If anyone else wants to add me, I don't mind either.

I love myfitnesspal. I think it's very easy to use and I love that it's free.
