I'm pre-op for the sleeve surgery.. I still need to lose about 3 pounds until I can make my appointment. But sometimes I'm afraid that I won't be able to do it even though I really wanna. Had anyone else experienced any doubt?

We all do it seems. Some more than others. I'm pretty positive most of the times, but it creeps in on me. Just shoo it away and keep working on yourself. You can do it. If ya have to, take a poo pill the day before your appointment. ??
