Fatigue

OMG, is anyone having issues with being extremely tired. I'm so worn out all of the time. Had surgery on the 7th and I'm taking my vitamins and B12 but I crash everyday around 2:00pm to the point of needing to get in bed. Any suggestions?!

I was told by my dietician to take CoQ10 daily to help with energy and to combat fatigue. It is working for me.
