If you have a Trader Joe's near you they have fresh, individually portioned grilled chicken breasts that are actually pretty tasty. 150 calories, 5 grams of fat, 27 grams of protein, 0 carbs. They come in so handy when I just can't think about cooking anything. :)

I am sure that this will seem bad. However, I have gone to Applebees and bought two grilled chickens and then shred them and meal prepped for this past week. I had enough with beans and broccoli that I was able to get 3 days worth or meals out of it.

The Perdue ones aren't bad. I prefer buying a rotisserie chicken and shredding/cutting it up and making into different things -- putting it on salad, making chicken salad, adding to soup.

That doesn't seem bad to me! I never can cook chicken as good as restaurants. I'm sure it's because they use oil and salt but it's better than not getting in your protein.

I would love some more options too. I have been trying to find pre cooked chicken in strips or something that doesn't look or taste sketchy! It's always from weird rib meat and freaks me out LOL!
