Tummy pain

I am 6 days post op. I am trying to eat my liquid diet but have been having some pain right below my breasts today. Worried something might be wrong.

Or could this still be gas. I am sipping tiny amounts so I don't think I am taking in too much

Yes I think it was gas. I passed an amazing amount last night and feel much better today
