Pre surgery diet.

Hi everyone! I just started my pre surgery diet today.. I had to purchase food from where I am having my surgery done, and I hate it all. I am struggling so hard and it is only day one of the diet.

Did anyone else struggle? Did you ever get use to this awful food?

Thanks!

I would usually blend my shake with ice to make it thick..... for my liquid diet i used premier protein... chocolate and vanilla. Also you can buy protein juices and make popsicles out of them.

Just look at food is for fuel now not for comfort. Not sure what you have for to eat but it is only temporary and the pay off will be worth it.

I am trying super hard. But the smell of it makes me sick. And I am worried if I don't eat what I am suppose to eat (such as I don't eat all of what they gave me) I wont lose the weight and my body would gain weight for some reason.

I wish I could just do the 2 week diet liquid instead of what they have me eating now

I am on my diet for a month, so end of April I will see if I can get my date. My diet isn't so bad. It is lean meats and raw veggies and only 2 protein shakes for breakfast and lunch. I am allowed snacks like nuts, sugerfree jello and greek yogurt. It's not so bad, but I'm tired of chicken lol
