I wasn't given so much a detailed diet. More like tips to get ready. I think it's a given to eat better though. My tips and changes are:

replace breakfast with protein drink/shake

wait 30 mins after eating to drink liquids

during meals, eat two bites protein then one bite veggie. If any starch, eat last.

Sip water.

Eliminate caffeine.

My diet before the preop was to stick within my calorie range for height and weight. She wanted me to focus on portion sizes, protein and making healthy choices but nothing was off limits. I exercised so I could eat more. Bought a fit bit. Lol
