menus 21 days post op

What are people eating 21 days out? It seems I am pretty tolerant, however I am being very cautious of chewing extremely well. I am doing mostly soft foods. What I am wondering about is it ok to eat foods that are a little spicy, even if I blend them, or do I need to stick to more bland foods, and if so when can I start with a spicier food? (sorry for the sentence that seems to go on and on and on!)

Today makes 21 days post op for me too and I mainly eat ricotta bake, applesauce, cream of wheat and soups.. My Surgeon specifically said NO SPICY which is fine with me because I don't like spicy anyway. I want to know if I can eat things like fish, crab and shrimp... I go back to the Dr on the 18th to see my nutritionist
