Keep going. You got this. Not too long from today you'll be having surgery. I know it sucks but keep eating those "unlimited" foods on your list. I know the popsicles are my lifeline at this point. lol I eat literally every hour to go without feeling hungry. It's been working for me. I also watch my 600lb life for motivation and to keep me on track. I look at my " why I'm doing this" list. I think about all the things I want to do after I lose the weight. I also remind myself how healthier I'll be and how my children can start enjoying me be more active. Good luck and I wish you the best.

Don't quit you are almost there try to drink water when you get hungry you ca do this! I'm on my last 3 days before surgery...
