So finally got my date and it is May 11th. Are there any other May sleevers out there who want to join me in this journey?

May 17th is my day, I just started pre op diet today. My doc recommended 2 protein shakes and 1 meal of 4oz of protein and vegetables. I can't wait. [emoji4]

If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take to get your appt date? Did you have to complete a 3 month dietitian requirement?

I'm on the 15th as well and have the same diet as your doctor prescribed. Started pre-op today! I assume you did too? How did you fare so far?

Me Me!!!! Began my high protein no carb yesterday...full liquid on the 17th!!! So far so good..just keep focusing on the end result!!!!
