Insurance Requirements/hang ups

I'm on Medicare/Medicade & I have one more appointment with the Bariatric nurse before submitting to insurance to make an appointment for surgery. Anyone have any unexpected issues with insurance at this point. I hope to have a surgery date by mid April.
