April 10

Got my surgery date!!

I start my liquid pre-op diet on Monday. I thought I could eat lean meats and veggies but I am being told protein liquid by my nurse. Any advice , these 2weeks are going to be difficult.

I'm reading so many mixed things on this site about the pre op diet. I'm having surgery in Mexico and they told me lean meat and veggies is fine. The 5 days before surgery switch to clear liquids. Main thing is to get enough protein daily. I'm really confused though and just want to do it all right :/. I'm getting sleeved April 8.

Try premier chocolate protein shakes. Tasty and at your door in two days with amazon prime.
