I started nibbling on apple slices and baby carrots fairly soon, maybe 3-4 weeks post. Albeit very slowly and carefully. Peppers and onions too, finely sliced.

I had a couple Kale chips before dinner the other night- which pretty much meant I wasn't having dinner. They filled my up for hours.

There are a few fruits and soft cooked veggies (carrots) early on the menu. I couldn't try something like a salad until at least week 9.

I tried watermelon, pickles, and artichoke at 3 weeks. I had a very tiny bit of salad the other night, and didn't have any problems. I also started with steamed veggies around 3.5 weeks. I had a tangerine the day also. I was afraid it might have too much sugar in it but it tasted so good, and went down fine.

4 days for me. My program has you on solids by day 4. It has to be chewed down to puree, but as long as it has no seeds, and skin free, I can eat it.
