Since I could eat regular foods (almost 2 months ago) I have gotten into the bad habit of only eating 1 meal a day on average. I don't eat breakfast because I drive an hour to work and eating in the car makes me nauseous, plus I don't wake up early enough to have a sit-down meal. I very rarely eat lunch at work due to being very busy, only eating when my co-worker forces me to go to lunch with the guys. So at night I'll have 1 meal and sometimes a snack before bed.
When I got my vitamin panel back I was 0.1 below the normal protein range. Everything else but vitamin D was good.
I know I need to get out of this habit, especially when hunger comes back into play, but I am not sure how to start again. I am slightly worried that just jumping right in to eating more will make me nauseous.
