Congrats!! Keep up the fantastic work! I do both, measurements and pounds go hand in hand.

I like measurements over weight as it often is more accurate for real success. It is also less eradic, so there is less yo -yo

I had the sleeve done 1/31/17 and just had my 2nd post op follow up Appt and I'm down 33lbs since surgery putting me at 53lbs overall in almost two months. I'm a polynesian dancer so I do hardcore cardio workouts with my team two hours twice a week and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. My goal is to be down by 170 lbs in 5 months. Seems like a lot in a short amount of time I know but my doctor is amazed by my progress already and said I'm on the right track.
My question is does anyone else go by measurements instead of lbs? What are pros and cons? I'm keeping track of both!
Left side of pics is in Oct 2016 and right side is about a week ago 3/10/17 53lbs down!
