Can't keep anything down

So I went to my two week check today, and I have a hard time getting my protein shakes in because of the grittiness (I've tried premade, different brands etc) so he decided to keep me on liquids for another month, and told me to drink Ensure clear instead...

you need to call your surgeon and let them know. I was very sensitive to protein shakes. Have you tried the Un jury chicken broth protein mix? I couldn't get any of the sweet protein shakes down, only the savory.

The broth and cream soup were go-to's for me during the liquid phase.

Try the protein chicken instabroth they sell on Amazon . 12g of protein ! I swear it made me heal post op
