Worried -Surgery Monday march 13th

I'm worried about a lot of things but I'm mostly afraid I'm going to go through all of this and not loose much weight and this will have all been for nothing. My current weight is 211lbs and my bmi is 35. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and I'm 41 :-/

Any encouragement would be wonderful.

  • I understand where you're coming from. I had so many delays leading up to my surgery that I almost gave up. BUT ,talking to my kids and grandkids, they all gave me the courage I needed to follow thru.

Hi everyone!
I came home Tuesday and it has been really rough. I've had a lot of gas pain and a terrible headache. I ended back in the ER the same night I got home because I needed better pain relief. I'm having such a heard time not wanting to eat. I physically couldn't if I even tried to but I wish that switch in my brain would turn off like it does for some and just not crave food.
I can't eat really anything that is approved except Water and green Jello. I tried the sugar free popsicles and immediately threw up. That was the worst pain of my life. I'm hoping these next few weeks go by quickly and I start to heal.

I'm so happy you posted. I've been thinking about you. Ugh, so sorry about the pain and all that. :(

hopefully you're over the hump and will feel better each day. Congrats on passing your cotinine test too! Rest up and keep us posted as you can!
