Remember, you've got to get that protein!

Also, during the liquid phase I could do cream soups and I did a lot of strained cream of celery soup (it was my favorite), with the unflavored protein powder mixed in. You can also do sugar free jello and I think most plans allow yogurt on the liquid phase.
