how are you doing with the band? That was my first option. After much consideration, I realized that I would be able to keep up with the fillings.

The band is working well for me. I am losing about 2 to 2.5 pounds a week so around 10 pounds a month. I need to work on exercise. I sit at a computer all day and come home and sit some more. Today I told hubby I'm going to exercise no matter what.

Regarding my eating I limit bread and steak which doesn't agree with my band. Everything else I eat small portions of. I track using My Fitness Pal. I'm working hard to be consistent with my healthy eating.

Thanks for asking. I hope you are doing well.

Lap-banded and love it!
