No such luck

I had my surgery a year ago, I've lost 90 pounds and gained back 4 and for two months I've been stuck... I've done protein shakes, had a fill, exercised , nothing is helping.... suggestions?

Too much protein will convert to sugar and store as fat. How is your water intake? Is it possible that you are not eat enough calories?

imo i think that 700-900 cals is pretty low...but im no expert..and 90 lbs is great!

what is your bmi height/weight?
