Losing weight

Wow started of my journey at 236lbs had surgery on the 13 Feb now the 1st march and I'm down to 197 lbs cuts are healing well a few more months you won't see them cool ?

Thankyou ?? what I did is stop pain relief if you can deal with the pain also try and get up and walk around as much as you can if you feel you can ? Try sip on Protein shakes after a few days you will feel a lot better I'm active person hate been stuck in the house in up out early driving ok it gets better I promise
