Halfway through my Pre--op diet!

I'm so stoked! I started my pre-op diet last Sunday and today, when I stepped on the scale to weigh myself, I was rewarded to see a 13 lbs loss. My clothes are fitting loser and I can tell I am seeing the results the surgeon wants.

Happy dance!

The first day was really hard. But, it's been pretty easy since. And that's even though I have a 19 yr old son who has no concept of it being hard for me to do. The FIRST day, I was on it, he brought home pizza.

I told him he was a turkey. Lol...

I hope I lose a good amount I'm doing 10 days to try and make weight for my preop it's been difficult and I've had issues but yesterday and today have been good I need to lose 10 pounds by March 10th
