I was at the supermarket today and found a sugar free be sauce. G.hughes is the name, no sugar, and only 2carbs. I bought a couple bottles of hickory & maple.
I'm going to be starting purée and soft foods in two weeks and thought I would use this sauce with chicken a boneless ribs. In a crockpot, let the meats sit all day with the sauce them purée. Is this okay to do? I think it would be, but figured I'd check.
