For the first time in many a fat year, I'm NOT starting off my new year with a diet. My only resolution is to be a good bandster and make wise choices. A little regular exercise would be in my favor too.

I'd like to wish my "extended-band-family" a very Happy and Safe New Year.

Thanks to everyone for their support before my band, after the band, and in the future because I know I'll have lots more questions and ups and downs.

Pat, I've been SO bad the last few weeks. Eating all the wrong foods, zero exercise. But isn't it wonderful to know that we can get right back on track? However, I do think I'm going to have to go through a "detox" program for carbs! Yipes!
