8 days post op

Hello all,

Today is the 8th day of my post up and I've been put on pureed/soft foods. Here's the issue now... I've been ok, no nausea, no vomiting. I did something really bad. I actually cheated and ate a chicken sandwich. I ate very, very, very slow and in small bites. It hasn't caused any nausea or vomiting. My band has just been placed but there isn't any fills yet. What can I do???

you really need to be careful the doctors give you the rules of the weekly diets after the operation so that you don't hurt yourself. it could cause a band slip or rip the stiches. lots of reason to follow their rules 100%. I know its hard and a struggle to only eat what they say but they say it for a reason. please don't do it again you could cause yourself harm
