Weekly weight loss

My pre-op weight loss was very linear. I lost 3 pounds a week like clockwork for the entire 6 month pre-op diet program. Since the surgery in September, though, the loss is more of a step function. I lose 8-10 pounds in a 1-1.5 weeks and then I stall for 1-1.5 weeks. Then the process repeats. I wouldn't aim for any particular amount per week, and just focus on following your plan and looking for a downward trend. Otherwise, you will drive yourself crazy!

Good luck!
