I'm new at this

Hi guys, how are yall doing? I'm just wanting to join and see what this is all about. I had my band May 2006 i have lost about 80 now. Dr. Speigel did my surgry and i'm very pleased. His staff is awsome and so much help. I'm trying to lose more weight but i have been on a plateau for a while now, do yall have any tips to help me?

Whenever I hit a stall, I increased Protein and decreased carbs to break it.
