My surgery is March 6th I am nervous as well. However I'm more excited to lose weight and live a healthier life.

It's normal to be nervous. Don't let it discourage you. You got this. Imagine yourself at this exact time next year slimmer that's what motivates me.

Good luck.

The best thing I did a month before was started limiting the things I eat... like for breakfast instead on having a meal I would have a protein shake... lunch a salad and a small meal for dinner so that my bodies would've been comfortable after my procedure. I also made sure I only had water besides my shakes, a gallon of water a day.

I am scheduled for March 7th and I am so nervous, excited and scared all in one. I have several health issues and all will get better after this surgery. I have been on this journey for 9 months now and am not giving up. We together can all do this with each other and supporting each other.
