Does anyone here have HIP state plus plan in Indiana? Have you been approved? What was the wait time like? I'm just a huge ball of nerves! I turn everything in today.

Yes. Once you have done all of the qualifications that's when the Dr. Office submitted the paper work. It only took about 2wks for ins. approval

Yes, my last office visit was 12/15. They called me the first week of January & told me I was approved. Went for my pre-op testing on Jan 20th. Got my surgery date by the end of the next week. I heard HIP MDWise requires more than HIP Anthem....good luck! Keep me posted. I go for surgery March 16th!! Talk about being a ball of nerves!

~Yeah, i was bummed also. Gov't doesn't do anything quick! I had my pre-op testing & expected to get a surgery date that was gonna fall within 2 weeks of that. But they called me and gave me march. It is what it is... I was so excited to get a call I didn't have time to be disappointed! Lol

No, I'm seeing Dr Evanson through St Vincent's. I was a nervous wreck while I was waiting for my approval. Heck I'm STILL a nervous wreck!
