I got my surgery date!! April 18

I got approved!!

I got approved yay! 6 days from the time they actually sent the paperwork in until approval

Following!

Just got the call! April for me, I'll have the exact date next Tuesday

Wow you're really lucky: I have Medicaid and they won't tell me a thing over the phone and I don't see anything on the website

How do you check online???

I called the insurance today and they said they can't give me information and that they send everything to the surgeon and that I have to go through the surgeon's office. So annoyed

I just finally got everything sent to insurance today! How long was your wait for approval? How long after that was your surgery date scheduled?? I have Medicaid and I'm trying to find out a rough estimate of my timeline

I broke down and called today. The surgeons office still hasn't gotten my psych eval that I did Monday... so they haven't submitted to insurance yet. Omg I've already been waiting 10 months since I started this process... I just want to know already [emoji27]

I was just in there yesterday and it took all my restraint to not call today

I just finished everything for insurance this week. The wait for approval/denial is killing me - I can't sleep or think. What did you guys do during your wait to make it tolerable? How long was your wait?
