Dumping Syndrome...

I know I'm dumping, but I can't drink anything. I throw it right back up. If I can't get fluids in, should I go to ER for IV fluids? It's been hours and I can't drink. I am having diarrhea too, I know I'm dehydrated. If I should go, when? What do I tell them?

How does your urine look? Is it dark? I would go as soon as possible. I would tel them that you had the weight loss surgery and you are more prone to getting dehydrated and all your symptoms
