Gas pain?

I'm 8 weeks post op today, I got rid of all the gas pain from surgery. But still I'm struggling with gas pain when I put new foods in my diet. Is anyone / did anyone else have this problem?

It's normal. Make sure you're not eating too fast and not swallowing air. It'll take a while for it to start to not be as bad and for you to figure out what to avoid. I'm almost 3 years out and some foods still give me gas pains. Keep some Gas-X on hand (the generic is cheaper and works just as well).
