I just started the BariatricPal multi vitamin patches.

The nutritionist set me up w chewable a that are billed from insurance and sent monthly . Depending on insurance company U pay a copay of 0 to $25. I think high quality vitamins for $25 month sent to your door is a bargain . I get calcium w vitamin d, iron w vitamin c, , multivitamin , and weekly vitamin b 12 spray . I do wonder why the need for so many vitamins down the line when the nutritionist told me that after a year I can expect to be eating around 1200cal a day .
