Im the same. Just doing my best day by day. Shakes make me sick n i never want to see soup again. But with that being said im not loosing as much as other people but im ok with that. Im doing me. :-)

You all need to get in your Protein. It is very important and that is why during our pre-op class or classes they tell you do do so. Your doctor/nutritionist will want you to get in a minimum of 60 g

Is it necessary to get all the Protein in to lose the weight is that why I'm in a stop because I can only get 30 to 40 grams of protein a day so I was just wondering would more protein intake help me with more weight loss is that a thing
