I lost 25 lbs in the 1 week pre-op and 1 week post surgery. Then I didn't lose anything for 2 weeks! I just dropped 1 lb today, so I am finally moving again! The stalls will happen, so just embrace them and let your body do what it needs to do in order to adjust to each drop in weight. I strongly recommend that you take your measurements so that you can look at them each time the scale is not moving. When scale stopped for me, I took my measurements and found that I had lost over 9 inches even though the scale wasn't moving.

I increased my protein and calorie intake at the advice of my NUT and that's really helped.

I feel you! At 3 wks I stalled and now I'm 11 days into my stall! I'm beyond frustrated!!! Everyone keeps telling me to be patient and it will end, but really?!!!!!
