Throwing up water?

I am 2 weeks post op from the sleeve. For the last 2 days I have felt really nauseous. This morning I drank some Water, you know sip, sip, sip. I was just sitting here and it just all came back up. It was surprising and I didn't have time to do anything about it so it just went all over my shirt. Now I m scared to try and eat something for Breakfast. Has anyone experienced this?
