Question for my friends

Has anyone else experienced slow weight loss im 3 weeks out and have only lost 8lbs..im exercising 30 to 45 minutes daily and am burning more calories than i take in..also anyone know about "body revamping" like my body is in shock and needs time

Yes, some don't lose anything (or even gain) in the first couple weeks. Your body is still healing from a big surgery. As long as you're following the food plan provided by your surgeon/nutritionist, getting in your protein and liquids, it will start coming off! Patience is hard to have and I've wrestled with it a few times myself, but you've gotta try to have it. Trust in the process!

Yes. Same with me. I had RNY on 1/23, doing everything right and I am only down 9 lbs.

I'm told it's common and to be patient.
