Question for my friends

Has anyone else experienced slow weight loss im 3 weeks out and have only lost 8lbs..im exercising 30 to 45 minutes daily and am burning more calories than i take in..also anyone know about "body revamping" like my body is in shock and needs time

Patience is hard to have and I've wrestled with it a few times myself, but you've gotta try to have it. Trust in the process!

Yes. Same with me. I had RNY on 1/23, doing everything right and I am only down 9 lbs.

I'm told it's common and to be patient.
