Not enough info. What do you eat? How much do you eat? Do you exercise, if so how often and what kind? What beverages do you drink?

Some slow down is normal as your body needs time to adjust and as you have less to lose. Without enough information, all anyone can suggest is to "go back to basics" and eat small portions of dense Protein with a minimum of 64 oz of Water a day.

I eat up to 1000 cal/day. I get between 90 and 110 gram Protein. Less than 50 g carbs. I do three miles walk/run 4 times a week and 2 days weights with a trainer. I need to lose 40 more pounds to goal. Thanks

My weight loss had slowed as well but what has happened since is complete body composition changes. So get out your measuring tape. I'm now 15 lbs to goal and it amazes me how different changes are taking place. It's melting!
Water, water, vitamins, good food, move and your body takes care of the rest. Sleeved 6/30/16 and I am hypothyroid for life with no Thyroid.
