    I had headaches too. Mainly because I waited too long to cut off my caffeine. Check with your doc to be sure but you should be able to take a Tylenol based product to help with the headaches. Ibuprofe

It does get better! For me the first 4 days were the toughest but after that things got easier. Hang in there! :D

    I think like this too. I better get off my caffeine sooner than later since I haven't gotten to the liquid diet stage. Many blessings on your journey!
