Excedrin migraine

Does anyone know if I can take Excedrin migraine? I've had chronic migraines (more headache days than headache free days) and I've had one building up all day. Prior to surgery I had an ulcer so I wasn't able to take it (although I did anyway a few times) but I didn't get any that I couldn't handle.... This one is getting bad and I'm starting to lose vision in my right eye. Sometimes when they get this bad I've had to be hospitalized. I don't want to hurt my sleeve or risk bleeding but I can't afford to be hospitalized right now either. Help! What do I do?

I should mention, I'm only two weeks out...
