Stall

Hello everyone. I was sleeved on 12/20 so I am roughly a little over 6 weeks since my surgery and down 25lbs but I have hit a stall. I have hit this stall and my mind is thinking I am eating too much. I just switched to the transition part of my diet and I am afraid to try new things and adding things. What did everyone do during their stall? I am working out 4-5 days a week for 45-hour. Just shy of getting all my fluids but I do get all my protein.

Stalls definitely happen! I just got through a 2-2.5 month one. It can be aggravating, but they happen. At your point in time, the transition back to more normal foods typically cause a small stall because your body is going from all the liquids to adding back in the solids. This is normal. Trust the process and keep going. It is unlikely you're eating too much as you're physically restricted from doing so. It's possible, but unlikely.

I think it's different for everyone! I was sleeved in 12/20 and now I try different foods too but not getting in all fluids! I'm never hungry / well sometimes! I'm down 54 lbs. now I'm at a stall!! So you might catch up with me now!! Stay positive
