Post op Med Changes

So I will be six weeks next week, and today was sent home from work because I feel like crap. BP was 106/73, which my average is 130/80's.. I am on BP meds as well as thyroid. Made an appt with my Dr today today but I am wondering. . How far were you when you got your first Post op med change?

    I had my surgery June 2016 and was off my bp med by August 2016. Am still on same dose of thyroid med, and am not scheduled to get my levels checked until March, but I feel like I may need a decrease because I'm having much less need for sleep (can be fine on 4 or 5 hours, used to be best at 7 hours), and have some times of heart racing a bit.
