Migraines

All, i am approximately 3 months out from my RNY, and was wondering what do you take for migraines? I used to take excedrin, but cant now with the caffeine and Tylenol is not working. Any suggestions?

Yeah I can't use migraine meds because mine aren't caused like traditional migraines are. Mine is due to muscle damage to my neck from 2 bad car accidents that cause my muscles to not be able to release themselves. Good news the massages work with proper upkeep. Sorry for you ladies who are in a worse place my sister in law has those meds and she gets bad.
